DO NOT LET THIS PLACE CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE! VERY UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. The chaplain Kim, she was the most unprofessional and rudest out of them all, The Chaplain of all. Just because her husband is a preacher (wouldn't stop talking about) doesn't mean she's qualified for this job. We ended up going a different direction, we went with Gentiva, It was a breath of fresh air compared to Ultimate Plus. I do not recommend this place
