Do Not Recommend! The only reason I gave one star was that I couldn't give zero! We used Hope for 6 weeks before switching to another company. We only had our Mother with the new company for 5 days before she passed away. The compassionate support that we received in that time frame put the other company to shame. It was a night and day difference. Our only regret was staying with Hope for so long. The only people at Hope who were professional were those that signed us up initially. During the initial sign-up, they recommended specific equipment but it took weeks to get it. The nurse was very unprofessional (e.g. she brought her stethoscope etc in a plastic grocery bag), and she became agitated on more than one occasion. We asked for twice a week visits but they sent a different nurse for one of the visits. The communications between the 2 nurses and the caregiver were virtually non-existent. There was also no flexibility regarding timing of caregiver visits, and the only time slots that were offered did not work for our Mother. We had to rely on the assisted living home to continue to do the showers. The caregiver was ok but she really didn't do much, other than bring supplies. She spent very little time there, especially when she got another patient in the building. Our experience with Hope Hospice was incredibly disappointing. We had always heard that hospice was great -- but that was certainly not our experience with this company. During this incredibly difficult time, all this company did was add additional stress.

Being the caregiver of someone who has dementia is not easy, but Hope Health Care was a tremendous help relieving some of the burden. My mom loved her nurses aide Bria like a daughter, and she was always happy to see her coming. The nurse and social worker are great as well. I highly recommend Home Health Care.

Holy cow. I feel SAFE knowing my mom is under their care. Her Aide, Brae, is part of the family now. My parents still go on "dates " and she even comes by to help her get ready to go. Make up, clothes and jewelry. We truly love her. Not just services, but Brae. She a beautiful soul. Then we have our huggable rock, Samantha. She is mom's nurse and is so good with her. She's honest with us. Being thru this before, that's very important. We are all an actual "team" that works together for mom. WAY TO GO MY FAVORITE TEAM!!! I love you guys!!
