Angel Hands Hospice - Richardson

Angel Hands Hospice took great care of my father and provided him with everything he needed while he was under their care. Initially there were small hiccups with communication but once we addressed the issues, they were beyond wonderful. Unfortunately we had to switch hospice companies because my dad's new facility said there was some type of billing issues or something needed to be renewed so they had me switch companies but it's difficult to get certain supplies from the new company that Angel Hands went above and beyond to obtain. We definitely miss them!

When it comes to Angel Hands, all I can say is they were angels sent from up above. From Jessica, to Stephanie, to Megan, Monica, and Chaplin Rick, I felt so happy and relieved that they stepped in and realized the loving care I prayed for concerning my husband. Thank you so much. I will remember this forever.

My experience with Angel Hands Hospice was exceptional. Their support was outstanding, particularly how swiftly they handled the intake process for our first client. They were there every step of the way, ensuring we received all necessary equipment promptly. Their daily support for our client was unwavering, consistently meeting his needs. While our client sadly passed away, the Angel Hands nurse responded immediately and took care of everything with incredible professionalism. I am truly impressed with their services, especially the support provided by Ms. Huddleston. She is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Angel Hands to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable hospice care.
