From the time my dad came home from the hospital the entire experience was not what we expected. When he came home the weekend/night nurse Kelly came out she was wonderful. Mind you my dad was only home 5 days before he passed.. we never seen our weekday/regular nurse Paige. I would call Ms.Kelly when things started to change and he started getting more uncomfortable and she directed me on what to do. She advised that we needed a 24 hours nurse since he was requiring meds practically every couple hours…. Never seen our nurse or heard from her. No one called to check in. No one even called after he passed. The aid Ms Brown came and walked in his room And proceeded to tell us oh yea he is almost gone very loudly. The social work Liza came and had no paper work. When we first got signed up we were told the weekend/night nurse would visit since it was Friday night and Ms Kelly did at 9pm as soon as he got home. and Monday our regular nurse Paige would visit and then she would determine how often she would come check on him. and then as needed we would eventually have a nurse 24 hours a day until he passed… definitely not the case me and my mom cleaned him and was up every couple hours giving meds. Every time I called Paige she would give some excuse as to why she could not come. Her main reason was too far and it would take to long to get here. I definitely would never recommend this company. My dad suffered a lot in the end and we had machines that we didnt know what to do with. No one told us what level of oxygen needed to he on or anything.

We have been working with Pathway for several months now for my father in Memory Care. Dad has never looked better. Jose and Mike pay attention to the details with compassion. I can't imagine getting better care anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond. If anyone is considering - they have been a Godsend. I give them 10 stars!

Pathway is our preferred hospice. Their rep Kristina is awesome she is always so helpful and is always there when we need her. She’s great with families and making them feel comfortable when signing in to their services.
