The care from this Dallas group truly lived up to the name “remarkable”. Lena (hospice nurse) oversaw every detail of my loved ones care. She even responded to my weekend inquiries. Malisha Green (hospice aide) was very meticulous in hygiene and care for bed bound patients. She would make regular contact with me to coordinate any changes to thecare routine. Yolanda (hospice nurse) contacted me after a Saturday visit & provide me an update during his transition. And thank God, she was at the facility on the Sunday afternoon when my loved one passed away. Her presence made all the difference as she took care of every detail including contacting the funeral home. Having a loved one to pass on is always an emotional time, but this team worked wonders and did a lot of my heavy lifting. I am forever greatful to them.
