The Passion Hospice team is great! The nurses are very compassionate and are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Nurse Julie was very respectful and very professional. I could not recommend them enough. Gracias Nurse Julie!
The staff at Passion Hospice are absolutely amazing! In a case manager for 300+ elderly and disabled individuals. Each time I have sent a referral for services to Sal or Eunice they respond immediately! Every single one of the individuals that they have met with have told me they felt they were listened to and treated with compassion. Their professionalism is OFF THE CHARTS!!! I receive a weekly update of each referral and the team keeps me updated on any possible red flags!!! Wow!! Thank you, Passion Hospice, for your sincere dedication!!!
My mom is in a care home and another tenant uses Passion Hospice. The Passion hospice nurse took it upon herself to chat with the caregiver and a visitor about my mom's medical needs. Again - my mom is NOT her patient. Then went as far as to call me to wonder if I knew what was going on with my mom's medical care and advice about getting medicine to help her with her "agitation" that they diagnosed her with. So unprofessional! I tried to call Ashley, the owner and instead she used a previous conversation we had about my mom's current hospice team, against me to make herself feel better. She clearly doesn't care how her team behaves because she’s just as bad. Find another team that will focus on their patients only. They’re a walking HIPPA violation.
