My husband was only on service with Embrace for two days before he passed away, but the difference between Embrace and the previous agency (Vitas) was like night and day. John and the nurse that admitted him, Lucinda, were so caring and compassionate. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them.
The nurses were absolutely fabulous. Shout out to John who was super kind and responsive. I’m giving 3 stars because myself and the funeral home had to track down their doctor to sign my mom’s death certificate over a week after her passing. We were told we’d contacted for bereavement services. That didn’t happen. Seems like a lot of folks not getting the promised bereavement support and that’s not ok.
