The nurses were absolutely fabulous. Shout out to John who was super kind and responsive. I’m giving 3 stars because myself and the funeral home had to track down their doctor to sign my mom’s death certificate over a week after her passing. We were told we’d contacted for bereavement services. That didn’t happen. Seems like a lot of folks not getting the promised bereavement support and that’s not ok.
Embrace was very special at a really difficult time for our family. Everyone was so responsive to every question and they, nurses, social workers, etc, were all so kind and supportive. We never felt alone. With Embrace we were able to bring my mom home where she wanted to be.
Embrace Hospice provided excellent guidance, direction and support for our loved one. We were completely unprepared for the roles and responsibilities that we faced but Embrace took us thru the process step-by-step, day-by-day until Embrace became like a extension of our family. The Admin, Nursing and Caregivers were simply fantastic. We have nothing but praise for everyone that we worked with at Embrace! Thanks for being GREAT!
