I would like to thank Heart to Heart Hospice for taking good care of my mother Frances Green. You showed compassion, respect and understanding each and every day. Sue, thank you for being there, attending the funeral and having such good words about my mom. And especially for making sure my mom was comfortable and happy during your visits and being there when I couldn’t be. God bless you all. ~R.Little
My husband had Judy as his nurse and Nancy as his aid. We could not have asked for better care. The treatment they provided was excellent. They did not mind all the questions I had. They were both a blessing.
My mom was placed on hospice care through Heart to Heart on Oct 21, 2024. Unfortunately it was the only agency recommended to me and my sister at the time. I was hurriedly pushed through the process to get her on their service with the promise that all her needs would be taken care of. It took hours before a nurse arrived to complete assessment paperwork and even longer before a “care kit” arrived. We were told that my mom would have a daily check in by an aide, would be bathed and changed and all her supplies would be taken care of. On the first day by 7 PM no one had shown up and I had to call to find out if anyone would be there. I was even told that I should call the main office to find out! Ridiculous that someone would think that as I am sitting bedside at my dying mother’s side, I would want to follow up on why THEY weren’t doing their job! My mother died on Oct 25 at 1:15 AM. She had had one visit from an aide, no support from Hospice other than morphine and Ativan. We had a visit from a chaplain on the second or third day of being signed on, but by then we were pretty much done with hospice and their “care”. We thank God for the nurses at the facility she was at. Not ONE person called immediately following her death. It was weeks afterward that a chaplain called and left a message about how grief stricken they were. HAHAHA PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
