Hospice House at Huguley

The Hospice House at Huguley is a beautifully appointed, six-bed freestanding hospice facility on the campus of Texas Health Huguley in Burleson, operated by Community Healthcare of Texas — the state's largest nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider since 1996. Rooms are warmly decorated with inviting colors, and families are encouraged to bring flowers, photographs, and personal items to make the space feel like home. Ample seating in each room ensures the people who matter most can stay close, and on-site family areas provide a quiet place to rest, reflect, or visit with loved ones. Highly recommend. My mother received great care. They also provided me (caregiver) with support and many ideas to care for mom. Their the best.

My mother was at the Summit Ave/FTW location four years ago and it was such a good move. Transfer from the hospital to CHOT was so peaceful. Everyone was so helpful, nice to the family and sweet & gentle with my Mom. I recommend Community Healthcare to anyone looking for a wonderful place to put their loved one.

I can't thank our hospice team enough. The care and support from Community made a significant impact on my dad's journey, ensuring he was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. The above-average supply of supplies, equipment, medication, frequent visits, and amazing care from our aide, chaplain, and nurse were all instrumental. Thank you, Jeremy, Lexie, Sharon, Holly, Stacy, and all the others we had contact with during this time. Your care was deeply appreciated and will always be remembered. I also want to say how much support and compassion I gave to my mom and all the other family members in our home. This organization takes care of the whole family and continues to help six months later.
