Alpha Omega Hospice - Weatherford

The team at Alpha Omega Hospice was just amazing. They walked me and my family through every step, and brought peace through a turbulent time. The two Alicias, Winston, Tamara, Ebony, David and Ashley were all compassionate, empathetic and calming. Thank you!

My grandfather had a change of condition that happened over night and he needed to be moved to a nursing facility. The team acted so swiftly and knew exactly what our next steps needed to be, we didn’t have to do anything! All we had to do was sign paperwork at the facility. This was such a relief as we grieve these changes that are taking place. From the start, we’ve experienced nothing short of amazing. These people truly care about what they do and their passion for this field shows. We want to extend our gratitude specifically to Tae, Hailey, Danielle, Shane, Tiffany, Shandi, and Sara. Thank you for helping us navigate through this incredibly difficult time.

First, I would like to start out by saying five stars isn’t enough to give to alpha omega. Very professional, organized, compassionate, company that really truly cares about their patients. (Clients) Barbara , my gmoms nurse aide, was an angel sent to us. Not sure how we would have made it without her assistance. Barbara has a heart of gold, she took excellent care of my gmom. She also helped me with her kind words and letting me know she was there, if I needed a shoulder to cry on. Hannah, our RN, is also an amazing sweet soul. She is very knowledgeable of the process and definitely explained it to my understanding. She also let me know she was there if we needed anything. Crystal filled in a couple times, and listened when I told her what my gmom was experiencing, she took the time to come observe the situation and helped us help my gmom to make her more comfortable. Amy, the social worker, was a huge part as well. Any questions we had, she was just a phone call away. She even took the time to call amd check on us after my gmom passed. I know I’m forgetting someone that was a huge part of our team, im sorry if I missed you. The whole alpha family is just an outstanding company, I really cannot say enough good things about them I am forever grateful for yall being apart of my gmoms life and making her transition an easy comfortable one.
