*Title:* Disappointing Experience with Elara Home Health and Manager Crystal I wish I could leave a positive review, but my experience with Elara Home Health has been incredibly disappointing, particularly due to the lack of ethical customer service from their manager, Crystal. My mother was receiving care through Elara, and while I had high hopes for their services, I quickly noticed several issues with her care. When I brought these concerns to Crystal’s attention, instead of addressing them professionally, she completely dismissed my worries as if they didn’t matter. I wasn’t looking for perfection, but I did expect empathy, accountability, and a willingness to resolve the problems. Unfortunately, Crystal’s attitude was far from any of that. The issues I reported weren’t minor—they involved the quality of care my mother was receiving, which directly impacts her health and well-being. Yet, Crystal’s response felt cold and dismissive, as though my concerns were a nuisance rather than valid feedback. As a manager, her role should be to ensure that patients and their families feel heard and supported, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and unheard. If you’re considering Elara for your loved one’s care, I’d recommend being cautious. Customer service and responsiveness from management are key in home health care, and sadly, my experience suggests that these are not priorities for this company—especially under Crystal’s leadership. I hope Elara takes these issues seriously and works to improve communication and accountability. Families deserve better than this.
