I have absolutely nothing nice to say, there is absolutely nothing caring about this Hospice at all. The last five days of my mother‘s life was absolute torture because they would not listen to what we the family members were telling them. All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS HOSPICE. In response to the owners response below, you did none of that you were not supportive of the family, You did not listen to the family and my dying mother paid the price. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPICE
10 out 10!! Shannon, Audrey and Shaylee were amazing. In such a hard time they made things so much better. They were all so patient and loving. I could not imagine going through what we did without them holding everything together. The compassion and care that all 3 of those ladies showed were unmatched. Every nurse and caregiver should have to go through the training they did because there wasn't a time or moment that they didn't act like true professionals and treated us like we were their own families. Thank you so much for all of the love you showed our family and caring about us all. ❤️
I recently transferred my mother from Alevecare hospice, the difference is night and day!! Wings over Texas is an absolutely amazing company. I am thankful I made the choice to make this change, it is such a hard thing in life to deal with this stage of a loved one’s life, wings over Texas goes above and beyond.
