Mariela Heffler admitted my Mother Grand Hospice along w Dzenana. I felt more optimistic than the previous group we used for a few weeks. I could write pages and pages about all of the great communication. Empathetic. Kind. Loving. Compassionate. Follow through is amazing. I’m not left wondering what is going on. Response time is amazing. The team assigned to my Mother is amazing. Everyone! I can’t say enough. I promise if you have Hospice needs these are the people you need.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my mother has received from Grand Hospice. From the very beginning, their team has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to my mother’s well-being. RN Case Manager Christy has been outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and a wonderful listener. She consistently ensures that my mother’s needs are met with both expertise and compassion. Hospice Aide Shay is reliable and dedicated, arriving on time each day to provide my mother with her hygiene care. Her consistency and gentle approach have made a meaningful difference in my mother’s comfort and dignity. Social Worker Lynda and Chaplain Jennifer have also provided valuable emotional and spiritual support, not only to my mother but to our entire family. Their presence has brought comfort during a very sensitive time. I would also like to acknowledge Mariela Heffel, who was my initial point of contact. When I first reached out during an emergency, she responded immediately and efficiently coordinated my mother’s care. Her responsiveness and leadership set the tone for the excellent service we have continued to receive. Overall, the team at Grand Hospice has provided stellar nursing care. They are consistent, compassionate, and maintain excellent communication. I am deeply grateful for the peace of mind they have given our family.
