Gentiva was truly amazing during my grandmother’s hospice care. The support and compassion they provide you during this time is so important and their team is second to none. Stephanie, our primary nurse made everything so much easier for me to handle and patiently walked me thru it all. When Ma fell, Courtney got there so fast and was amazing with her care. During the last few days Ashley, Paula, and Jaylynn were an incredible support team who led me thru this time with any and everything I needed. Thank you Jessica and Pastor John for all the emotional support. Last but certainly not least, Christy and Amber, thank y’all so much for showing nothing but love and gentle care when yall helped with Ma’s bathing and personal care. Gentiva, your whole team was a blessing to me ❤️
Gentiva is a great hospice! They go above and beyond each day to make sure their patients get exceptional care. Highly recommend!
My Mother was on Hospice care (cancer) for a couple of years through Hospice Plus. Her nurse was Melissa Carroll. Best nurse she could have ever had!! Wonderful caring nurse that went above and beyond her duties to make sure my Mother and my sister and I (her caretakers) were satisfied with her care. Melissa and the others -Chaplain, Aides, office, company-you all deserve lots of recognition for all you do! Forever grateful, Swann family (Now company name Gentiva)

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
