If i could I would give them a negative i would my dad deserved better my dad was diagnose with lung cancer stage four when we picked this company we thought it was the best for my dad help him with the little time, he had left over when he first got home his nurse Eliza was rude she act like my dad was contagious the way she would talked to us was horrible she did not care at all about the family or my dad I reported that he got a different one she only saw him 1 time this nurse Brandie treated him with cared showed my dad he was inportante then they changed her for a new one her name is Countney just started working there at this point my dad was going down hill little by little there was a point that they were supposed to see my dad every day it was to late i have to amint the only good thing that this company has is the nurse aid Angie Nelms she is the best she made sure that my dad had everything he needed made my dad feel special like is normal human being she always made my dad smile not only was she the nurse aid, she made the family feel special always made sure we had everything we needed she is the best my dad enjoyed having her a lot when my dad passed away on October 21, 2025 I called to report it at 1:48am didn't get a call from them until 1:58am it took them well over 2 hours to get to us to pronounce him you would think that the company that is taking care of your loved one would reach out to you to give there condolences but not one person from choice hospice called.

Beware if you’re looking to chose this company if your loved one has Pulmonary Fibrosis. They’ll treat them as if they have COPD, which are not even close to similar. They are not at all educated about PF. His nurse Emerald was good for ordering the meds he needed in a timely manner but that’s about it. We were told at one point they were not going to provide my dad with anymore oxygen tanks and to “go to the hospital to be weaned off of oxygen or to discharge himself from hospice”. Not even possible with his disease. He passed at home with me by his side on May 31, 2025 (he was only 53). I had called to order him more oxygen tanks hours before he passed and the on call nurse, Ashley, said “why do you always call for them on the weekend?” Umm because he needs them? Does it matter when or why? My dad was suffering from severe shortness of breath and they gave us trouble any time he needed extra oxygen so he didn’t feel like he was suffocating. Hospice is supposed to provide comfort. Not gripe and moan about things your loved one needs to be comfortable. It’s been a month since he passed and we haven’t heard a word from them, no condolences, no anything. I feel they were just happy to be rid of him as a patient. The Chaplin, Scott, is amazing though. He was the highlight of our experience. Very caring. He came to Dallas and spoke at my dad’s Military Memorial Service. He gets 5 stars from me any day.

My Mother was on hospice with Choice. The best decision her doctor could have suggested. All of the staff was curious and kind. The nurses were so compassionate, the Chaplain was very nice and the Social Service person was also nice and helpful, and last but not least the Nurses Aid was so compassionate and caring and can't sing her praises enough. I love them all. They really cared for my Mother with such kindness. We the children really truly appreciated all Choice did. I would recommend Choice Hospice to everyone I know.
