I have to share my review, specifically my interactions with Chris. A couple of weeks ago, when it was determined my dad had to have Hospice care, we thought it would be at-home care. I dialed a highly recommended hospice, only to be put on HOLD for 11 minutes. (No KIDDING!) I googled and saw the 5 star reviews here and was immediately transferred to Chris. He was just the most kind, genuine, empathetic young man. He showed up within an hour, told us our options and we signed the paperwork immediately with no reservations. The next day, daddy really took a turn and they told us he would have to be in-house. When I called and told Chris, he was in Mineola, and drove to see Mom. She called me to just rave about his kindness and how people are not like this anymore. Today he texted me to check on my dad and our family. He got nothing from us. This is what makes the world go around. I highly recommend this organization, I cannot imagine how compassionate and caring the staff must be, the way he described the care and ownership was heartwarming. I just wanted to take the time to share this.
Everyone took very good care of my mother & daddy.. All of your people were friendly, compassionate & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Harbor Hospice!
Harbor Hospice were very good with my Dad before he passed. My Mom , who was his sole caregiver, is very grateful for their insight and care of my Dad too. He passed with peace and dignity. Thank you for being there for us during this sad time
