My dad passed at 6:15 am on the 25th of June 2026. I want to thank The Homeplace and the staff for their amazing care and sympathy making this as easy as it could be. Our Assisted Living community has proudly partnered with HOET for the past seven years during my time here, and their legacy of caring for families extends far beyond that. The level of care they provide to our residents and their loved ones is truly exceptional, reflecting the highest standards of excellence. Hospice care is one of the most important decisions a family will make during an incredibly difficult and emotional time. We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate care the inpatient hospice team provided to our dad during one of the hardest times in our lives. Every nurse, aide, and staff member treated him with dignity, comfort, and kindness while also supporting our family with patience and understanding.
