Heart to Heart was a Godsend. Everyone I talked to or had the pleasure of meeting was very kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I am so thankful we had the chance to sign my mom up with them. They took such good care of her. Nicole was awesome. She kept me up to date and listened and addressed any concerns. She was with me when my mom passed and was very comforting. I am so thankful God placed her and this company in our lives. Mom's aid, Kendra, was good with my mom and took good care of her. Christy was encouraging and comforting also! I couldn't have asked for a better team! I highly recommend this company. They definitely have ❤️!

Choosing Heart to Heart was the best decision I could've made for my mom that had declined eoth dementia to the point, nutrition had become a significant health factor. The support team from the get go, was awesome and truly caring hearts...even as of this week, they have called to make sure I was OK since her passing last month. I'm glad they have grief counseling and I think I may have to look into this since her passing has left a huge void. I was very involved in her care at the nursing home over the past 6 plus yrs and it has hit me much harder than I thought it would have. Thank you again♡ Tina, Lindale Texas

In every way possible, Heart to Heart was there for us in our time of need. The nurses, nurse's aides, administration, chaplin, social workers, etc. all were outstanding. They were available, caring, very professional, and knowledgeable. They readily communicated with each other and with us. Most of our staff members came from Palestine to the Buffalo/Jewett area even in some rough weather. Heart To Heart, you, set the bar. Thank you so much.
