Ben comes to the house and he is great very friendly. Takes care of what he needs to take care of and he is on his way. He is excellent.
Very unprofessional. They call you to go to their offices to do paperwork. You drive 25 minutes and upon arrival they tell you they have no any open position. That should tell you how disorganized the organization is.
Pay attention to the bad reviews because they are true. After having this company they only came out twice when they were supposed to come once a week to do dressing changes. They don’t answer the phone or return calls until my infusion company got ahold on them and told them to call me. They are very rude and unprofessional. They lie saying they are sending a nurse and they don’t even when they say they are going to. Had to go to the ER twice because the lack of care from this company.
