Not impressed 3 weeks into service.A nurse never even came to see my mom and she is transitioning for a whole 7 days. And no showed after a weekend on call visit on Monday.I am having to call them and tell them to come is not OKAY!
I just have to say this is the best Hospice company out there, I am always impressed with the quick response I get from Amanda whenever I call her with a new referral. My last 5 yrs working with this location has been nothing short of phenomenal. My clients have raved on the Staff that come into the home, the Chaplain, the office staff, EVERYONE!! I would have them for myself and my own family. You cannot go wrong having Trinity Hospice to help with your loved one and your family is the greatest transition of their life. We were first introduced to Trinity Hospice through an incredible nurse named Skyla. For years, we have recommended Trinity to many of our residents and they have been consistently wonderful. Amanda, Alison, Renee, Angela and Angie have always made themselves readily available and were incredibly supportive in assisting our families navigate through their most difficult times. Skyla, Tiffany, Bettina, Lynsey, Meg, Christa and Ilda are all incredible nurses who have consistently gone above and beyond to not only love and care for our residents but compassionately supported their families as well. Bridgette and Mona have always made sure that our residents were well pampered and feeling their best. Collectively, they have a team of people who genuinely care about their patients and will go above and beyond to ensure your loved one is well cared for!
