My experience was very poor. The first day I was given a lot of instructions but when I needed the assistance my family and I had to do everything. The CNA was very helpful, but not the nurses. We were alone and only got a voicemail the final hours of my husband’s life. I will not go into details, but I would not want anyone to have to go through what we did.
I have to thank them for all there help . Omg they were very sweet, understanding . They help us to arrange everything. Explain every single thing or question we have.
