Please, please if you care about your love ones don’t use this company in McKinney Branch. They have terrible customer service and they don’t work with their clients. They decide when they want to see their clients and instead of working with their clients. There staff are late at times and they change staff without telling there client that there is someone else coming to help your love ones. It’s like a revolving door of care givers.
