Olu provided the most compassionate and attentive care to my mother, Judy (aka GJ), during the last few months of her life. She truly listened to Mom’s needs (and ours), and with her incredible bedside manner, we always felt love and supported. Olu went above and beyond, staying around to help us troubleshoot issues with Mom and the nursing home staff, constantly adjusting Mom’s meds and care orders, and always calling us back promptly and liaising with the facility. Her kindness, patience, care, and dedication brought us comfort during such a difficult time, and we are forever grateful for her attention. Ultimately, she presented ultimate care for others and this overflowed into my Mom. A special person on all levels. Her famous words were “It’s my pleasure…of course…no problem…my pleasure.” ❤️ We need more Olu’s in this world that is for sure.
Do not use this Three Oaks Hospice! They tell you what you want to hear about taking care of your loved one. Then they do everything in their power to kill your family member within the lotted days of insurance coverage. When I realized they were giving my father too much morphine, and I asked why, I was told "Well what is our ultimate goal here?" Shocking ...Well I said not for you to kill him, for you to keep him comfortable until God takes him. When I told them no more morphine every two hours, only as needed, they did not show up the next day to care for my father. Even though he was still in their care and they had received medicare money. The Long term facility my father is in, called several times to find out when the nurse would be attending to my father but no answer When I finally reached them and questioned what was going on. The Woman, Maria, hung up on me. I have a witness that was in the room. I was shocked, stunned!. This is a hospice company??? This company is heartless and they are savages. They are not caring, not loving, they have one agenda in mind and as they put it, for your love one to "expire" in the time the insurance coverage allows. Horrific. Do not subject you or your family to this kind of abuse. They should not be paid a dime. They took the five days my father is given for care and now we have nothing. Shameless, They should loose their license.
