Thank God for Vantage Hospice! My dad was in advanced stage Alzheimer’s, and was a resident at Creekside Alzheimer’s Center in Pearland. Hospice nurse Denise showed so much knowledge and care for someone like my dad. He was extremely agitated in his last weeks, and the staff at Creekside and the Vantage hospice team made every effort to help calm him and let him pass with dignity. I’ll forever be grateful for chaplain Rick and nurse Denise. They truly care for these patients.

Vantage Hospice swooped in and provided the care, comfort and support for my husband and myself. I can't thank you enough Ana, Wilma, Aailaya and all of the other staff of nurses who called or came by to attend to Charlie. His final days were pain free and peaceful. I will always be grateful for all you did. Your job is difficult. Yet you make it look easy and bring such grace and comfort for all of us who are suffering. May God bless you and your work. We are all richer in spirit. Thank you

Rosie Meredith has been the most wonderful and helpful nurse. She has helped me with our business Senior Helpers multiple times. I have known Rosie for years and no matter where she goes, she is the most professional and knowledgeable nurse I have ever met.
