Everyone at vanatage took care of my dad. The nurses and aids were amazing. So caring and compassionate. They seem to genuinely love what they do. They took the time to listen to the my dad and family members when we had concerns. They always gave suggestions for how we could better care for our dad.

From the moment Ellie introduced herself, she brought a sense of genuine warmth and reassurance to a situation that can often feel overwhelming. Ellie didn’t just do her job—she went above and beyond at every turn. She listened to our family’s needs with incredible empathy, explained every detail with clarity, and was always there to answer any question we had—no matter how small. (She even met with us twice !) Her dedication made us feel not just supported, but truly cared for during a challenging time.
