Well I must say it started off great,,, until the let the best people go!!! I think something has happened to the company which really worries me!! Our nurse is great! And the aid that gives my MOM a bath is Outstanding!! She works so hard I’m almost worried she is over worked?? She is the best lady we have ever had! She goes above and beyond!! They have reorganized the business or something?and our Doctor who was one of the Hospice doctors has now left,,,, without any knowledge of this!! Which is also very concerning!! Sometimes other companies merge and then things change ? And I am afraid this has happened ? I am very concerned now with them!!! I want the best care possible for my MOM,, as we all do!!I can only pray our level of care will continue!!!

Your staff came in before a case worker could talk to us. Your nurses that came to evaluate my husband made it sound like he was fine and dandy and ready to be moved to someone’s home. The nurse in ER overheard and knew they were wrong. The case worker stopped them in their tracks and fortunately he was not moved. They did this on a Monday afternoon. His chart was flipped on Tuesday at 11am.and he passed an hour later. I also noticed the insurance company was charged for 2 days of hospice care when in reality he was only in hospice care for an hour. So, contacting us before the case worker could talk to us, trying to railroad us into moving him and then charging for 2 days is why the rating is low. It probably should be even lower!

I had the opportunity to connect with this hospice organization, and although I was unable to continue due to a personal situation, my experience with their team was very positive. The staff was professional, supportive, and clearly committed to providing high-quality compassionate care. What stood out the most is their dedication to supporting their nurses through training and professional development, helping them grow in the nursing field. They also ensure that their clinical staff have the equipment and resources needed to properly support patients and their families. Overall, they appear to be a well-organized and caring hospice organization that truly values both their patients and their healthcare professionals.
