Amazing and caring staff! My mom has had a rough life the past several years and the staff here and committed to helping ensure she is comfortable. They ask tons of questions to make sure the care she receives is over the top! A huge shout out to Ellie and Lori, these two ladies have been so wonderful in helping me transition my mom from hospital to home. I have been an emotional roller coaster and they have reassured me that their only purpose is to help her be as comfortable as she can be! From ordering equipment such as beds to bedside table to proving medicine at home! 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone looking into hospice for their loved ones!
My sister suffered a stroke over 2 years ago tried to keep her in family home this did not have a good result. Found Reunion Court. Our experience with them has been outstanding. They recommend Three oaks hospice to assist with the care of my sister. Every caregiver has been great. They have made a difficult situation manageable. They are available to discuss my sisters care 24-7. Great group to work with.
