Mr Perry Santana with Three Oaks has been a Godsend. He has helped me with all my mom's needs. He took the time to educate me with all the help my mom could qualify for. He is very caring and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend anyone needing Hospice care to Perry. Thanks for all your help.

After having issues with another hospice company, I was assisted by Mr. Perry Santana. He made the process of moving my grandfather to the care of Three Oaks Hospice seamless and stress free. He also helped me find an affordable location where my grandfather would be able to receive the care he needed during his final weeks. Mr. Santana continued to follow up and offer assistance as needed. He was a blessing to our family and we are grateful for him and Three Oaks Hospice.

Families often have questions beyond hospice care — estate planning, elder law, funeral planning, and more. Placements are limited and selective — we review applications and only accept organizations that meet our standards for this section. Listings are paid advertising, not recommendations or endorsements. Families review the information and choose professionals for themselves.
