I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Three Oaks Hospice for the exceptional care and support they provided to my patient during hospice care. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly made a difference during such an important time. If I could rate Three Oaks Hospice on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 100! The level of care and attention they provided went far beyond my expectations. A very special thank you and kudos to Berenice and Alonzo. They are truly wonderful people—compassionate, dependable, and always willing to help in any way they could to ensure my patient was comfortable and well cared for. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern were deeply appreciated. Thank you, Three Oaks Hospice, for providing such outstanding service and for having such dedicated individuals on your team. I would like to thank Three Oaks hospice care for the loving Professional and caring way that they took care of my loved one. Nurse Lisette was wonderful Very caring and very knowledgeable she would take the time to listen to me and answer all the many questions I had and for that I am very grateful. Not to mention all the Nursing care she gave to my loved one. I know the work that you all do is not easy, but you display so much loving Care…thank you to All of you and God bless you all .

I am so thankful for Three Oaks Hospice! They came in the next day and immediately started services for my dad! They made sure he was comfortable, taking his meds, clean, etc. They accommodated his equipment needs within a day, no muss, no fuss! The entire staff were professional, attentive and compassionate. I highly recommend the services of Three Oaks Hospice!
