Our family will always be grateful for the care my grandmother received from Global Hospice Care. During such a difficult time, their team treated her with incredible kindness, dignity, and compassion. Ms. Elizabeth was especially wonderful—she was always respectful, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which meant so much to our family. The nurses were truly exceptional and showed genuine care for my grandmother every day. When my grandmother passed, the nurses hugged us and offered us a shoulder to cry on. In that moment, they felt like part of our family. We will never forget the support and comfort they gave us during such a hard time.

Exceptional care for my grandmother. Global Hospice Care provided truly outstanding support for my grandmother during one of the most vulnerable chapters of her life. Their team was compassionate, attentive, and consistently present for her and our entire family. Every nurse, aide, and staff treated her with dignity, patience, and kindness. They created a sense of peace. I highly recommend Global Hospice Care to anyone seeking compassionate, reliable, and truly human-centered hospice services. Their 24/7 facility was exactly what our family needed.

Do not send your loved one here if you can help it. My dad was riddled with cancer, and luckily only had to be in this facility 2 days before he passed. He had cancer so bad he couldn't speak and was denied pain meds because he couldn't speak to let people know he was in pain. After many emails to let them know he took pain meds for his back and knee, he was finally given something, or so they say. "They are trained to know when pain from camcer hurts " Problem is he collapsed while living far away from his family. We could not make the flight in time. The nurses said it was okay that we call every 4 or 5 hours to check on him as we couldn't be there, mind you it was a 2 or 3 minute call. We were told by the administrator Elizabeth that she was getting complaint we called too much. When he first got there we were told it was fine and they could even do video call, but instead was left with hardship on my dad's final days because we called too much? Are you kidding me? I question this hospice facility and all of the staff. If you dont like your job, dont do it, but dont you ever lie on my family. I understand there are other patients but the calls were so minimal and short. Worst experience to ever have and thank God my dad was only there 2 days. Not supportive, couldn't even get the grief counselor to call. Nothing but tremendous pain and I will never forgive this place. So awful.
