Cuidado Casero Home Health & Hospice - El Paso

This is one of the worst home health care agencies!! Do not use them for your after care, the nurse is never on time. The therapist always change the time of the appointment as well, makes it hard for my mother to move her drs appointments around! They are definitely not organized at all!

This place doesn't guarantee the services they advertise. They hire just about anyone. It's hard to find someone to really maintain your house clean since the staff doesn't want to get involved and since they say the providers aren't there so much to do stuff around the house but are mostly there just to take care of the patient. I can't do much about this situation because I don't have power of attorney over my mother who has dementia and cannot help herself either!

Cuidado Casero Hospice is the best care we could have found for our beloved Mother. They had the best bed side manners and loving and caring nurses especially Ariana Llamas. It was such a hard time for our family to let go of our loved and cherished Mother but with the love and support we got from this specific hospice we did not feel alone. They were there for us every time we had questions and concerns. There was never any hesitation to answer questions or to come to see our Mother. We loved this place and recommend for the a person you love with all of your heart ❤️ Love The Martínez Family
