Working with Silverado Hospice has been an absolutely exceptional experience. As a care provider, I see firsthand how they deliver compassionate, expert care at every step. And Noell, their hospice liaison, is simply extraordinary—her dedication, empathy, and ability to connect with families is unmatched. Silverado Hospice is a shining example of what end-of-life care should be, and I feel honored to partner with them.

We had the pleasure of meeting Shiela with Silverado Hospice to seek care for my mom. The Medicaid System can be difficult and confusing. Sheila proved to be an expert and showed genuine concern to help us through the process and get us the help my mom badly needed. Thank you again, Shiela, you won’t be forgotten!

Some of their people are quite nice and some even caring. But they sorely lack expertise in pulmonary end-stage diseases, cancers, or anything other than dementia care. Associated services no better. Would not recommend this company for anyone you care about. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Even the administrator seemed unconcerned about the sad level of care that I continue to receive.
