Our experience with Silverado Hospice has always been exceptional! From start to finish every team, member provides compassionate professional care that truly supports our loved ones. The liaison, Clarissa makes the onboarding process smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining everything and helping our patients and families feel confident about their decision. Their social worker, Courtney is kind, knowledgeable and always available to provide emotional support through difficult times. The nurse, Sherry is incredibly caring and attentive ensuring our patients are comfortable and treated with dignity at all times. The volunteer, Cristina’s support gives our patients peace of mind and allows us to enjoy the time we have our loved ones. We’re so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend Silverado to any family in need of hospice care.

Silverado Hospice truly goes above and beyond when it comes to providing compassionate, professional, and dignified care for patients and their families. From the very beginning, their team takes the time to listen, understand, and support not only the patient’s medical needs but also their emotional and spiritual well-being. Special shout out to Clarissa, Cristina, Sherry and Courtney for always going the extra mile.

The worst hospice. My mother arrived at 4:00 pm at her home but the Silverado Nurse visiting didn’t have her Confort Kit pain Medication for her… she said it would arrive in a couple of hours but it never did. The pain Medication got delivered at 1 a.m. to her hospital not home, then finally to her home later, when the driver realized she was in home Hospice. ( how can the driver not know she was already home?). Meanwhile, my mother screamed from her pain… So, I called the Silverado 24 hr line and was put on hold and then told to give her 2 Tylenol… while I waited for meds to be delivered. I did and crushed the pills but for terminal cancer, it did not help at all…My mother needed to be assessed and put on continued care with an overnight nurse but that never happened. Silverado did not really care & told me to call 911… If we had had the pain medicine, she should have never felt that bad. The company is very unprofessional and has no compassion for dying patients or for their families. They offer great things but deliver zero. My husband and I were the real nurses to my mom for 2 nights alone. Then we switched to another Hospice: Vitas, who gave my mom a nurse for her continuous care right away. My mother finally got treated with dignity and care and died in the 3rd night peacefully in her sleep with a nurse and us by her side thanks to Vitas care. If you have options please go to Vitas or anywhere else because Silverado does not care - This review is to honor our mom and hopefully prevent someone else to fall into Silverado’s hands. Shame on this company and everyone who supports it.
