Shalem Hospice Care

They took good care of my husband, everything was on time the nurse Tracy was really nice and compassionate did a great job and we choose the chaplain Ken Case who is great with his advice and grief accordingly to the Bible. Ken did my husband Memorial service at my church and it’s was amazing touching so many people. I really recommend this Hospice for sure. I will give them no 5 but 10 ⭐️

Shalem Hospice was so great to me and my family during this difficult time. Such a great Christian based and family oriented Sheryl herself was such a great nurse including Martin, Rebecca and Kenn as well. Highly recommended to anyone you will be in such great hands. The Shalem Hospice team was very attentive, caring, and patient with us as I navigated the quickly changing health of my mom. They always answered my texts regardless of what time it was and they even came to our house after the typical work hours when I was worried that she might be in pain. They are experts in this field and knew what to expect before I did. There were things I was confused about, such as the supplies they wanted us to have on hand, but our nurse was able to gauge where my mom was on her health journey and knew there’d come a time when we would need those things and I’m so glad she had us stock up on them because we ended up needing them much sooner than I thought we would. They were also very loving in their approach as there were a couple days where I was going through an emotional roller coaster while watching my mom decline. There is so much this team of people did for us. They helped us in many ways. They take a very holistic approach - even caring for the caretaker by providing pastoral services. But most importantly… I was with my mom the entire time watching everything that was happening and they treated her with dignity. I’m so grateful to have had them with me on this journey.
