They go above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and every staff member showed genuine kindness and respect. Nurse Loretta (and Kim), we simply could not have managed without you. Your compassion, knowledge, and bedside manner were absolutely spectacular! To the aides, RayNeisha and Malisha, ladies, thank you for providing such exceptional care to Gregory. You both approached your work with such dedication; I witnessed your actions firsthand. You were fully aware of the chronic pain he was experiencing, and you were so careful, yet still managed to keep him clean and comfortable. My Mom was on hospice with Remarkable for 2 short weeks. Tamara (the Exec Dir) and the nurse who came out the morning that my Mom passed away were a breath of fresh air. My sister Yolanda also works there and was the tech who took care of our Mom. Mom was in the best care during those 2 weeks. We're grateful for the care that Remarkable provided.
