My mother in law has been with maxserve hospice. Her nurse BRANDON has been available, responsive, and supportive. He is INCREDIBLE!!!
My husband’s mother was a client of this Hospice organization. My mother-in-law was bedridden. But the conditions she was in were appalling. Why wasn’t the social worker there to visit? How could they in good conscience let her live that way. Before we moved 2 years ago my husband was there cooking and cleaning and caring for and cleaning his mother, I wonder if she had been bathed or cleaned that entire time that we have been gone. My father is currently on Hospice care and his nurse visits, nurse aid visits and a monthly visit from the Social Worker as it should be for an organization getting paid to do this. My husband’s brother took over care of his parents which he failed at but where was the concern from the organization that was getting paid to make sure they were ok. Obviously it was only the money that was important!
I had the honor of having Sophia the RN, Linda, EJ the Nurses and Carla the CNA from this facility to care for my Mother during her transitioning. They were amazing and very gentle with my mother. My siblings and I were very impressed with the level of care they provided. My mother was in a nursing home during this time and they came in assessed her gave me and my siblings a plan of action where our Mother was concerned. Just to know that they provided round the clock care and making sure that our mother was not in any pain during her transitioning. All of them went over and beyond for caring for her as if our mother were their own. Each one brought their own twist to caring of our mother but all had the same goal caring for our mother. But I must say, Carla was so gentle, kind while giving her a sponge bath, doing her hair etc. Linda talked to our mother it knowing if she was able to hear or not but kept a conversation going. They all spoke to her but not like Linda🤗 we so truly appreciate them not just taking care of our mother but also Sophia checking in on me and my Siblings. I can go on and on about them what an awesome team and great bedside manners. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
