Maxserve Hospice - Dallas

This was the most difficult thing I’ve ever been through. But MaxServ and their staff; Scott, Case Manager RN James, RN Ann, RN Nicholas, RN Allison, RN Connie and Mitzy, made the worst possible situation just a bit easier with total focus on patient comfort and family communication.

My dear friend was lovingly guided into hospice by MaxServe The transition and care was exceptional. Mark L. was there to answer all the questions and provide care for my dear one. Domonique, his aide whom he loved, also gave exceptional care. James, his nurse, was skilled and kind. He loved Pastor Mark L., who cared for his soul during his last days here on earth.

There are truly no words that could fully express the gratitude our family has for Max Serve Hospice, especially Brady RN and Rene CNA, for the extraordinary care they gave my mom during one of the hardest times in our lives. Brady was not only an incredible nurse, but also a source of comfort, compassion, and peace. SHe treated my mom with so much dignity, patience, and kindness every single visit. He always took the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure our family felt supported and never alone. You could genuinely tell he cared deeply about his patients, and that meant everything to us. Rene was equally amazing. The love, gentleness, and respect she showed my mom will never be forgotten. She made such a difficult season feel a little lighter with her warm heart and caring spirit. My mom always looked comfortable, clean, and cared for because of her dedication and compassion. Together, Brady and Rene went far beyond their job titles. They became a blessing to our family. They brought comfort, reassurance, and dignity to my mom’s final journey, and for that we will be forever thankful. Thank you both for the incredible work you do and for caring for my mom as if she were your own family. You made an unforgettable difference in our lives.
