I am so pleased with and grateful for the care that Magnolia Hospice Care is providing for my mom. Barb and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and well cared for, and Laura is so good at communicating all of the details of her condition and needs with us. Our mom was admitted to Memory Care with another hospice company. It was fine, nothing to complain about, until I saw the interaction of Magnolia staff with their patients. At the time I didn’t know we could switch companies. After a month of watching the caring and compassion Magnolia exhibited, I asked the director of our facility if we could make the change. I was thrilled when she said yes! Laura, Barb, Iris, Macayla and Sophie all treat mom like she was their parent/grandparent. The communication is superior and having extra eyes on a loved one in a difficult time is a huge relief. We LOVE our Magnolia Team!🥰
All of the staff at Magnolia Hospice are caring, compassionate, and always smiling as they work with their patients. My sweet 94 yr old Mom is under their care and absolutely love each of them. From the admitting with Macayla to nursing care with Laura and Barb to daily care of sweet Iris to the love of Chaplain Lupe and words of kindness from the social worker, Sophie! All have been great! My Mom and I love them all! Thank you!
