Nicky is a great CNA. My mother loves her so much. When I had any questions or concerns, she would make sure that we understand what is going on. If she didn’t have any answers, she would call someone else and find out for us. She would also make sure that my mother stayed clean and that she had eaten. Thanks Nicky so much for caring about my mom. I would recommend Magnolia hospice to my friends and family. I will definitely be telling them about Nikky as well.
