There are not enough words in any dictionary to express my gratitude for everyone at Home Hospice of Grayson County. Throughout the last year and a half of my mom's journey with Alzheimer’s disease, they made a very difficult time so much easier. Her team of support was the most compassionate band of people here on earth. Nurse Mike was kind, compassionate and thorough, always eliciting a smile or a chuckle from mom. Megan was so supportive in visiting, answering all my questions, handing all the details for us, and just being an excellent listener. Rachel was the sweetest, kindest soul when attending mom for her daily care. I think mom would have adopted her if she could. Crystal always made her laugh, and that was invaluable. Thank you to Dr's Van Buskirk and Nair for providing excellent guidance and care in her journey, keeping her comfortable and peaceful. My deepest gratitude for keeping us afloat during the storm, and allowing me to focus on mom without the noise of all the other details. I feel like each and every person we encountered during mom's journey has become permanent family. As difficult as this journey has been, these caring and knowledgeable people have earned their wings, and my eternal gratitude. My mother knew she was truly cared about at every turn, and I couldn't have asked for more.
I'm so very grateful to the people at Home Hospice for taking care of my mother Victoria over a very long hospice. We are lucky to have Home Hospice in Grayson County. A very special thanks to Stephanie and Toni, Dr. Van and Dr. Nair, Crystal and Rachel. They're family.
