My experience with Heart2Heart Hospice has been nothing but Fantastic! Everyone from admissions to social worker's are extremely caring, and most go over and beyond! I had a few issues in the beginning with a couple of Aides who didn't do the job I needed. But my nurse, Jimmy was quick to find me someone. And when that didn't work out, Jimmy was quick to resolve the problem. The Aide I ended up with (Lily) has been NOTHING LESS than a GOD SEND. Jimmy cares about the inside and out. While LILY Cares about the out and my emotions! She understands when I'm not feeling well and OVERSTAND my personal needs! WE NEED MORE LIKE LILY!!! SHE is compassionate, understanding, empathetic and kind above all else! I will FOREVER recommend Heart2Heart to EVERYONE. AND IF you're looking for a company with compassion, empathy, and caring workers, you won't do better than HEART2HEART!
My grandma was placed on hospice using heart to heart hospice services and all I can say is they do NOT prioritize the comfort of their patients. We have spent days trying to get everything set. And when we were told hospice would be starting on 1/1. We have been waiting all day, and it is 11 pm and still have not been administered a single medication to ease my grandmas suffering. They keep telling us a time and it keeps getting pushed back, they do not honor or prioritize their time. Would not recommend using this service to anyone who cares for their loved one.
Everyone that works for Heart To Heart were amazing. They took care of my dad every day. And if they saw something not working with meds they fixed it. The hospice nurse took care of my dad and made him comfortable. She also made sure I was updated on everything and made sure I was ok till the end of dads life. I would recommend to anyone to use them . Thank you!
