Clear Lake Compassus was part of our life for 8 months. They took care of our Mom at her assisted living facility. Everyone from the beginning when we were searching for care for Mom until the last day of her life, were simply FANTASTIC. Lauren Barnes was absolutely a life saver for me. Answering all my questions about Hospice Care and seeing us through the procedures to get Mom assistance. One care giver in particular, Patty Jimenez, I bonded with. She was awesome assisting my 82 year old Mother twice a week with her showers. She always took time to talk to and get to know my Mom. I TOTALLY recommend Clear Lake Compassus, with a 5 star rating. Compassus and everyone of their staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and my family navigate one of the hardest things I have ever done and they did it with grace. They were kind and supportive, even when I felt like I had no options, they made a way. Amy was amazing and there every time I needed her. She was a God send, Megan, Jeff, Kelly, Jordan, Larry, Paula, Patty and Laurie. Everyone of the that I met went out of their way to make it as easy as possible and done with dignity. I truly believe they are a family, and that is rare to find in a work place, much less in the service they are in. I would recommend them a hundred times over.
We’re extremely pleased with all aspects of Compassus - Kelly was friendly, helpful and supportive in getting my mother into the service. Nursing and weekly care have been superb. Special thanks in particular to Patti (who is an angel according to mom) and Christina for medical assistance. Needed equipment is obtained and provided for very quickly. Communication is frequent and appreciated. Thanks Mia. There have been many others in this chain of support and compassion. Thanks to the whole staff.
