This was an initial visit by Maria Blackwell for assessment and evaluation of my husband, Darryl. Maria was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns in a genial, professional manner. She helped us to feel at ease with the Home Health process as it is completely new to both of us. We appreciate Maria taking the time with us that she did, and are now looking forward to having home health.
Dr's Choice was amazing throughout the time they spent with us. The experience was awesome. When my wife went into Hospice, they assigned a Hospice Nurse, Ugucci Ike. My wife instantly fell in love with her. With Ugucci, it was like an angel had been sent to us. She was wonderfully amazing and instantly became like part of our family. There was a comfort with her not only for my wife, but my daughter and myself as well. Ugucci was always there for us when my wife needed her and we felt so blessed to have her comforting us throughout the transitioning phase of my wife's passing. It's been 2 years but she is still a household name and my daughter and I will always be grateful for how she cared for my wife and our family. She is always welcome into our home. Angels do exist, and Ugucci is a true angel!
