By grace hospice has been such a blessing and a relief for our family.. It's really tough when your family member gets at the ending stage of life and the whole staff has really went above and beyond into seeing that my dad is receiving the best care during this tough time.. They are always available and a phone call away anytime you need them day or night even for the little things .. I definitely recommend these guys for your hospice care..
I have never been exposed to a group of people that were so kind, helpful and showed me and my family true kindness caring. My father was being released from the hospital on a Friday afternoon. We were promised by ByGrace that they would have everything he needed delivered to the residence in time of arrival. He needed wound care, diapers, oxygen, a catheter and cleaning products. He was given nothing and only 1 nurse 5 days/week to clean him up. He was released Friday and passed Sunday. They did nothing to make his passing comfortable which is the reason for hospice. I will never forgive this company as I had to watch my father suffer, something that no person wants or should have to endure.
