Bayou City helped me so much on the year long journey I had with my mom. They provided amazing service, knowledgeable clinicians and provider. Dr. Lee was great and was best friends with my cat on all of his visits. Erika, Tiffany, Lauren were all great nurses. I also only met Lucy a few times, but she had such compassionate and kind energy every time. I'd say the biggest star of the show is Ms. Mary who came to help bathe Mom. She felt like family herself by the time it was all said and done. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a hospice service. It will never be an easy journey, both spiritually and emotionally, but they still doing everything they can to make it less hard.

I'll always be extremely grateful to them, especially Becky, our lead nurse for my mother. She is truly a compassionate person. I really don't think I could have made it though without her. Also, our first point of contact at Methodist hospital, Tracie Garcia, really put us at ease to proceed with hospice. During the most difficult and sad times of our lives, my son and I were able to depend on the best care possible for our mother. She sadly passed away very quickly after being discharged from the hospital.

Having moved mom from Florida to Texas, I was nervous about her care. Bayou City Hospice met us at the Assisted Living facility the day we arrived. We were blown away with the care mom received. Tiffany, Caryn, and the others were so gentle and understanding with mom and her needs. They did an excellent job of providing care while making sure mom’s dignity was respected. Mom truly felt loved and cared for. I will always think of Tiffany and Caryn with kindness, love and compassion for the care they gave mom in her last days.
