My sister and I cannot thank Silverado Hospice enough for the extraordinary care and support they provided during the final days of our mother’s life. Like many families, we initially thought hospice was only for the patient who was nearing the end, but we quickly discovered it was an invaluable lifeline for us as well. From the very first phone call, Stefanie H. answered my questions with remarkable sensitivity, compassion, and clarity, guiding me gently through what felt like overwhelming and unfamiliar territory. Though there was one small delay with medication on the first night (due to the pharmacy, not Silverado), every concern was addressed quickly and professionally. Our visits with nurse Kimberly H. and social worker Sylvannah J. were nothing short of a gift. They took the time to explain what was happening, what to expect, and—most importantly—what was normal. Their knowledge, kindness, and reassurance brought us immense comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Thanks to their attentive care, our mother remained peaceful and comfortable until she passed quietly and with dignity just a few days later. Silverado Hospice didn’t just care for our mother—they helped my sister and I through one of life’s hardest moments. We are forever grateful.

I wasn't sure what to expect from hospice, but I did not think that it would be a pleasant experience. While the overall situation is always tough, Silverado made it as good as it could possibly be. Mary, Kim, and Kimberly were nothing short of excellent at taking care of our cherished family member during her most vulnerable moments. They were kind, respectful, and direct. We never had a need that wasn't met swiftly by them and they went above and beyond to ensure that our loved one and the entire family were taken care of. I would not consider any other company for this service in the future. A very sincere thank you to the entire Silverado team!!!

Hospice care was something we all feared. While we knew the end would come, it never truly felt like we were ready for it. However, the whole team here made this experience a little bit easier. On our hardest day, we couldn't stop expressing our gratitude for Mary, Kim, Manny, the social workers, and everyone involved in my grandma's care.
