I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mary, our Silverado hospice nurse. She truly goes above and beyond in every way. She treats my cousin with kindness, patience, and dignity…. even on the days when he’s having a rough time or isn’t in the best mood. She never lets that change the compassionate care she provides. One of the things I appreciate most is how she keeps me informed. After every visit, she takes the time to call or message me with an update. I know Mary has many patients to care for but she has a way of making our family feel like my cousin is her only patient. Mary’s compassion, professionalism, and genuine heart shine through in everything she does. Our family is so grateful for her and I hope she knows what a difference she makes in the lives of the patients and families who are lucky enough to know her. She is truly an angel.

Silverado has been the biggest blessings for my parents in a long time. My 84 yr old mother is the sole caregiver to my 91 yr old father who has Dementia, Alzheimer and Parkinson’s disease. Recently his care has taken a turn where he needs complete assistance and it has become overwhelming for my mother. Mary and Sonia have made such a huge impact with help for my mom. The fear of bathing my father is gone with Sonia coming during the week to bath him. Now my mother applies her same techniques on the weekends and she feels more confident about bathing him. Mary looks after my dad’s health. She is attentive to both my parents and carefully monitors his progress all with a lovely smile. The level of support from these exceptional beautiful souled women have provided my mother with a sense of hope and assurance that they are not alone in this journey. This has also helped me as well as I feel a little less worried about them from afar since I live in California. Silverado has made the transition easy from start to finish and took the time to explain everything to me with lots of patience and empathy. I am very grateful and thankful to have been referred to Silverado. Thank you for all the beauty souls you employ and the ones you help.

I have been so happy with the care that Silverado hospice has given me for my dad. Felicia is wonderful. She gives my dad a bath. She cares for him. She looks after him. She takes really good care keeping him shaved his nails trimmed. Crystal is a wonderful nurse any questions I have she doesn’t hesitate to Answer it doesn’t matter how dumb they are or how brilliant they are. Jim brings the spiritual into my household and sits with my dad and talks to him and it’s so wonderful to see my dad happy there have been other nurses that have come and seen my dad After hours, I can’t express how wonderful the whole team has been. The Social Worker Savanna is wonderful as well. I’m just very blessed and thankful that Silverado has came into my family’s
