The therapist I had did a great job getting back to myself
If your doctor refers you to this Company, RUN (don’t just walk) away. My experience is that they are VERY unprofessional, fail to return phone calls & FAIL to show up on appointments without notice or a courtesy call to let you know they WON’T be there. On my very 1st notice, they only gave me a 3 hour notice to show up & never called again to confirm availability. When I told Bailey (intake rep) that I was booked already, she insisted on keeping a schedule on HER timeframe, not mine. This is NOT the way to build customer rapport or relationships in the community. I’m VERY disappointed & unhappy with my experience. They ignored Doctor ordered for 2 full weeks then FAILED to follow through with the initial intake, assessment, etc. I was told a supervisor would contact me & they never did in 2 days, liars! This is NOT a way to run a business. RUN from this company!!! Too much completion to put up with their non-sense, unprofessionslism & disrespect.
