I cannot express how grateful I am to this team in caring for my aunt-in-law. My Aunt was able to pass with grace and dignity, in her home, with her family at her side. The support of the entire family went beyond expectations. Working in hospice for over13 years, I couldn't have expected a better experience for my family. There isn't one person on this team better than the next, they were all caring, compassionate, and respectful of each person's journey.
Worst company I have ever worked with. They would not listen to me. My husband was under age 40, I’m his wife & POA. They would not talk to me, made decisions for him without my consent.
Worst experience, I wish I never met these people. Promises that are never made by sales people that have no clue, at least she didn’t. Nurses are rude and know it all. Nurse Margie even came recommended but she was very rude and condescending. Thank god for the facility nurses and staff. Their boss, Ashley, she should be taught what compassion really is. Same as the nurse, rude and condescending. I can’t believe she is their leader. Lee is amazing, best chaplain I’ve met. Anyway, anyone doing business with them should stop, facilities stay away. Families stay away.
