Rn Mrs Lopez was very awesome. I loved the way she talk to my Dad like if she was talking to her Dad with so companionship. Very helpful and always there to help. Alice was so amazing with my Dad. She heard our needs and was so companionship with him. But also was there for my Mom too. Always checking on her for me . That means alot to me . We had two social workers. Always listen to us and very helpful. Everyone one goes on and beyond there work for you. A big thank you to everyone we got the honor to meet.
My mother and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care currently provided by the entire team at Crest Hospice Care as we navigates her end-stage diagnosis. The staff's unwavering dedication to her comfort has been a godsend, and I deeply appreciate how they support my challenging role as her daughter and sole decision-maker. I'd like to specifically recognize the nursing staff's prompt attention to medical concerns and clear explanations of medication changes, the aides' gentle and dignified bathing assistance, and the office staff's efficient coordination of supplies. Furthermore, the social worker's supportive guidance and the overseeing doctor's comprehensive and attentive medical direction gives us immense peace of mind. Their personalized care has made this difficult journey so much more manageable, and I wholeheartedly recommend their remarkable team to any family in need.
Our family will always be deeply grateful to Crest Palliative Care for the care and compassion they gave my father during his final months living with Parkinson’s and ALS. From the very first visit, we knew we were in good hands. Denise, Rayna, Liz, Misty, and Bryce became part of our family. Denise helped us navigate confusing details, Liz and Rayna were our rocks, Misty always brought joyful cheer, and Bryce offered spiritual support. All of them were important—guiding us with kindness, skill, and heartfelt understanding. They treated my Dad with respect and dignity, keeping him comfortable and surrounded by love. They truly became some of Dad’s (and our) favorite people. This wonderful team supported all of us—helping my mom, my brother, and me navigate the emotions of caregiving and, ultimately, saying goodbye. They were always available and their presence made an unbearable time more peaceful and meaningful. Crest Palliative Care provides more than healthcare—they deliver humanity, grace, and love when our family needed it most.
