Setting up hospice for a loved one is the most dreadful and stressful parts of life.. my family has been through it multiple times since 2019. My mom suddenly declined Sunday June 30th. We believed she had a massive stroke, she was still somewhat responsive, but told us “do not take me to the hospital.” Her Dr recommended Waterford. I was nervous because of the reviews, but let me tell you, they are nothing short of angels. I live out of state, so my family in Paris set everything up. I had talked to Jennifer and was reassured and comforted that mom would be taken care of. The nurses, Diana, Morgan, Lauren, and Jennifer including the social worker (didn’t get her name), are the best of the best! When my family called, a nurse was there within 10 minutes. Mom passed peacefully July 3rd, Lauren was there and was able to gather the family for her last breaths. I cannot ever express the gratitude I have for these special ladies of Waterford. Truly, some of the most professional and caring souls you will ever meet. I can’t recommend them enough.
They were wonderful with my mother. All the nurses truly cared about her and were a huge help to me in caring for her at the end. I cannot thank them enough. ❤️
