We went months without our contracted assistance people. The supervisor for our area. In Paris Texas was horrible. She would not listen to what I told her and she treated me like I was a toddler. I cant walk. I'm not stupid.
This review is for the answer services used after hours. I just called to get a nurse to come see about my dad's hand and the lady that answered had a hard time understanding me for some reason. I had to ask if she was with Elara at all. She actually asked me if I was a nurse at one point. She was not really listening to what I was asking her. I had to spell out my name twice to her. It really was below the standard I have come to expect from someone representing the company. Sorry to leave such a terrible review but this person is in need of more training. update review.. Another rep. called me back in about 15 minutes to say that the request I just did had not gone through. She had to redo what the first person had done and resend it. In the end the nurse on call did come that day and took care of the situation. Here again this review is mainly for the answer service the company uses after hours. thank you.
