Three Oaks Hospice - Tyler

Wonderful experience for my first time. Tracey (nurse) and Misty (aide) both were spectacular! They were both very caring, to both of us. I had no prior experience or knowledge of what I was doing or what to expect, but they guided me every step of the way. They always had answers to my many questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was prepared. They always had a better or easier way to do things, and didn’t mind showing and teaching me, in a way that boosted my confidence, and never left me feeling inadequate. They made a great team! Also, the fact that my loved one liked them, felt comfortable and trusted them spoke volumes. The only complaint that I had doesn’t pertain to them at all. I have not ever received a phone call or any communication regarding bereavement care.

Your staff has been amazing. They have treated my husband with respect and have been sensitive to his needs. Stephanie, the nurse is awesome, Evelyn, the aide is so helpful and Jodi, the social worker has always accommodated us when we need respite care. God bless you and thank you for caring.
