When our dad was given the news that his liver cancer was terminal, the option for him to be placed in hospice care was given to him and that decision was made. Within minutes of the doctor and nurse being told, a representative, Brent, showed up. He was very polite, caring and informative. My brother and I sat with him and went through everything so my dad could receive the care he needed. Brent immediately took care of everything and lifted all of the weight from our shoulders. We could now focus on each other and my dad. When the nurse came from Three Oaks, she was very polite, and very informative as well. She provided her phone number for questions as well. My dad only lasted 2 days after entering hospice care. They did everything to make him comfortable. He went in peace. Three Oaks responded immediately and took care of notifying the funeral home. Everything was done for us. While I do not want to use them again for obvious reasons, I will highly recommend Three Oaks and would be happy to have their service if needed again. They were great.
